At Wevaste.in, we want you to love what you buy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that the following conditions apply:

  • The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • The items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and labels included.
  • The items must not be damaged, stained, altered, or worn out.
  • The items must not be on sale, clearance, or final sale.
  • The items must not be custom-made or personalized.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@wevaste.in and provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for your request.
  2. We will send you a confirmation email with a return authorization number (RAN) and a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package. Write the RAN clearly on the package.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest post office or courier service.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund is completed.

Please note that:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund that does not meet our policy requirements.
