Return Policy

You have 7 days to return or exchange your order from the day it arrives, and another 5-7 days for us to receive it back. We also offer a reverse pick-up service. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be charged per order, no matter how many items are in that order. This means that if you have multiple items in one order, only one deduction of Rs 100 will apply to the whole order, not to each item separately.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated directly to the source account, while refunds for cash on delivery (COD) orders will be issued in the form of a coupon code only.

Please note that the following conditions apply:

– The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

– The items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and labels included.

– The items must not be damaged, stained, altered, or worn out.

– The items must not be on sale, clearance, or final sale.

– The items must not be custom-made or personalized.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at and provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
  2. 2. We will send you a confirmation email with a return authorization number (RAN) and a prepaid shipping label.
  3. 3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package. Write the RAN clearly on the package.
  4. 4. Drop off the package at your nearest post office or courier service.
  5. 5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund or exchange is completed.

Please note that:

– Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.

– We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service.

– We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
