Refund policy
At Wevaste.in, we want you to love what you buy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that the following conditions apply:
- The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- The items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and labels included.
- The items must not be damaged, stained, altered, or worn out.
- The items must not be on sale, clearance, or final sale.
- The items must not be custom-made or personalized.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@wevaste.in and provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for your request.
- We will send you a confirmation email with a return authorization number (RAN) and a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package. Write the RAN clearly on the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest post office or courier service.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund is completed.
Please note that:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service.
- We reserve the right to refuse any refund that does not meet our policy requirements.
